Just waking up

Ayden had just woken up and his hair is a MESS!!! Then ,he wanted to play with the dogs, LOL Look at him trying to get out the door.

Terrific Tuesday

I woke up this morning and I thought "I do not want to get out of the bed and I have a headache, the dogs have been barking all night and I just want to stay where I am".. Then, for somewhere, I got the energy to get out of bed and started my day. I made my coffee and thought " Well, I'm alive and I'm able to get out of bed so I shouldn't be complaining"... I am so blessed... I have my health, a great husband, two beautiful kids, great friends, a great family, a good job, etc.. yes, I can go on and on. LOL I guess we seem to focus on the negative things around us and not focus on the positives.. Yes, that's my theory and I am trying to focus on the POSITIVES in my life. Life is good and God has blessed me!! So, whenever you think you can't get out of bed, think about the person that really can't get out of bed. I think of my Grandma Lyons when she was sick with cancer and I know how much she would have loved to of just went to church or been able to walk outside.. Wow, the things we tend to take for granted!!! No pity party for me today!! Live life to the fullest because you never know when you might not be able to get out of the bed. I love you all!!! Another Sunday afternoon with our family

I've been up since before 4:30 a.m., it seems like BOTH of the kids wanted to start the day off early.. I'm so exhausted but blessed to have two beautiful kids who call me mommy. Ayden did go back to bed but Faith couldn't, oh the joys of motherhood :O) I can't remember my life before I was a mommy, did I have a life then?? Here are a few pics for our afternoon.

This is a typical night at our house. The kids LOVE to play in a box!! Today was a good day. We cooked pizza tonight and all had fun with the boxes! LOL It doesn't take much to entertain our family. LOL I LOVE moments like this!!

Faith's Valentine's Dance

Faith had a great time at the dance at her school. They had a disco ball and she danced with her friends. We went to her boyfriend's house before and took pictures too, his name is Mason.

February is upon us

I just dropped Faith off at school for her early Math and I have the house to myself for about 10 minutes and then I'm off to work. I can't believe how quiet it is.. LOL I hope everyone has a good day! Faith has her first dance tomorrow night and she's so excited, she's going with her BOYFRIEND Mason, I can't believe that!! Yes, we'll be along for the ride, she's not to thrilled about that, but she'll be okay :O)

I'm not sure who's having more fun, Brent or the kids! Ayden and Faith both love to be flipped upside down.. These kids are crazy, but fun!! They're growing like weeds. Faith is almost ten and Ayden is fixing to turn one.

Ayden's First Haircut-11 months old

It's hard to believe that Ayden is already 11 months old!! He's growing up so fast. He did so good for his first haircut. He didn't cry one bit.

We had a blast at the zoo yesterday!! Ayden stayed awake the whole time. I think he liked the barn animals the best. Faith liked riding the pony, his name was Willie.
